STOP A MOMENT AND THINK.
Success is the moment you stop trying to prove anything to anyone, the moment you stop being in any form of competition with anyone and feel contented with who you are, what you have and what you do. The world measure success by the amount of money you have or how much material things you can acquire in a period of time and that is indeed damaging to humanity and who we are. We are taught to compete against each other instead of complimenting each other. This life is not a race like they say, this life is a journey, a journey of spiritual growth. How about we live and work together by complimenting each other and create a beautiful civilization.
Choice, meaning an act of selecting or making a decision when faced with two or more possibilities. It's no news that we have options in life yet we are rarely reminded that we do. In a world we live today most of us believe the only option we have to living a prosperous and fulfilling life is to do anything we can to make as much money as possible even if it cost us the joy of experiencing and enjoying our existence on this beautiful planet. What many failed to realize is that we are enslaving ourselves, we enslave our minds, therefore we think our only true way to living is through material and physical things. The possibilities of living a beautiful, fulfilling existence has been limited to working so hard to make enough money, we can tell ourselves we are not slaves to money because we work to earn it but we lie, we lie because in today's world, we do crazy things to make money, we are now ok with making money legitimately but in a way that disconnect us from our spiritual morals and push us further away from who we really are. We do all these nonsense and stupid things to make money to pay for what is already ours (food and water amongst many other things, the nature was here even before our creation, for us), to buy things we don't need, perishable things that only enhances our physical apperances instead of us focusing on how to feed and nourish our beautiful souls.
If our life is lucid and fulfilling we made it that way. We waste our time trying to be who we are not or do what doesn't work for us just because we feel we need certain titles attached to our names. What if all we need to be is care for children, write poems, compose music, tend to animals, help others grow spiritually, clean the environment or tender gardens. The notion that if we are not doing certain things we are not relevant or we are not living is absurd. If what we do is not in the media or out there for everyone to see we are made to feel we are not part of something big. If what we do is not earning us a fat cheque we are no body. We glorify stupidity, therefore spend most of our time encouraging it. Most of us lack the consciousness of who we are and why we are here. We wait to be told what to do and how to live, we are comfortable with letting some group of power mongering individuals tell us what success is. We focus on things that will destroy us rather than things that will make us.
It's time for us to stop. Stop whatever we are doing that isn't working for us, that is not letting us live, stop chasing what you in fact have no need for and start exploring what you in fact have in you that you have no idea. Stop and pay attention to what is really going on around you and ask yourself if it is ok then pay attention to yourself. Stop and ask yourself what you can do to change this and let that change begin with you.
i urge someone reading this today to consider the other options we have, the option of turning deaf hears to the noise made by people of the world, the noise of discouragement and be encouraged by the silence, noise of distractions from things that do matter so we can focus on ourselves because we really matter, block out the negative energies and welcome the positive energies; turn blind eyes to the material things and let our inner eye see our mental and spiritual capabilities. We magnetize what we need in our lives, disruptions and agonies as well as harmony and elation. What we choose to do or how we decide to live this beautiful existence is basically in our own hands.
